I'm Scott — a tech professional from San Diego who fell hard for Colorado from my first visit in 2010. This site is everything I've learned since then, exploring its peaks, ski towns, and hidden gems, documented for anyone planning their own Colorado adventure.

Colorado grabbed me on my first trip in 2010 — driving I-70 west from Denver, watching the Front Range rise up, and realizing that this state has everything from world-class skiing to craft beer scenes that rival any city in America. Since then I've been back more times than I can count, each trip going deeper: Telluride's box canyon, the sand dunes at Great Sand Dunes, the hot springs in Ouray, the empty highways of the Western Slope.
I'm not a travel blogger. I have a regular tech day job. But Colorado keeps pulling me back, and I decided to put everything I've learned into something useful — a site with real logistics, honest prices, and the kind of detail you only get from someone who has actually driven those mountain passes and waited in those lift lines. Discover Colorado is the resource I wished existed when I was planning my first trip west.
